All products are sourced directly from the brands themselves or their official UK distributor. Our boxes will not contain any products containing cannabis / marijuana (THC). Our boxes will also not contain any products / substances classed as a legal high and designed to mimic illegal drugs.

Absolutely! We understand that many of our customers do not wish for their other family or household members to know about their Bando Box subscription. We therefore dispatch all boxes in discreet, plain, unbranded packaging.

Free postage and packaging is included with all subscriptions and gift box orders over £49.99. Our standard postage fee is £2.99. All boxes are generally delivered within 2-3 working days. If you would like your box to arrive faster, we have an express shipping option that is an additional £3.99 on top of your subscription or gift box fee. 

In order to subscribe to Bando Box you must be aged 18 or over. Prior to your payment being processed for your gift box or first months subscription, you will be required to verify your age. We verify our customers ages using VerifyMyAge. More information about this can be found on our Age Verification page.

Our subscriptions and gift boxes are currently only available to customers based in the United Kingdom.

All boxes are dispatched as soon as your first payment is received and then every 30 days thereafter. They are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

You can cancel your subscription anytime before payment is due to be taken for the forthcoming months box. Due to our huge number of subscribers, we start packing boxes for the forthcoming month straight away. We therefore cannot offer refunds once payment for the forthcoming month is complete.

We have Bando Boxes available for single purchase in our gift shop. Our subscriptions are better value, but if you would like to send one of our boxes as a gift, or just want to try this months box before you subscribe, then we have you covered.

Once you have placed your first order with us, your subscription level can be upgraded or downgraded by simply cancelling your current subscription and then re-subscribing at your new chosen subscription level.
